YouTube Shorts wanted to end 2022 by proving that Shorts was the best place to re-watch the year. So we made hundreds of videos that heroed top creators across trending categories. The finals felt so vibey we put them on billboards. Our team concepted and produced the whole thing in-house. I oversaw the teams from San Francisco to Sao Paulo who made it happen.
